Ticketwa Refund Policy
1. Ticket Cancellation & Refund Requests
Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the event. After this window, tickets may be considered non-refundable unless explicitly stated during the purchase.
2. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
Any service charges, booking fees, or third-party costs (such as taxes) are non-refundable unless otherwise mentioned in the event-specific terms.
4. Event Cancellations or Postponements
In the event of cancellation or postponement by the organizer, Ticketwa will notify you with options for either a refund (excluding convenience fees) or transferring your ticket to the rescheduled event. Please note that the convenience fee is non-refundable.
5. Partial Refunds
If a ticket involves multiple events, refunds may be processed only for the portion of the ticket that qualifies for a refund based on the event-specific conditions.
